It’s me, Makayla, the gal behind it all! I’m so happy you’re here! I’m a South Texas transplant (born and raised in Michigan) and I’ve been photographing couples and small families professionally for about 8 years. I have a small list of great loves which are: Jesus, my handsome husband, my hilarious toddler, and my photography clients. Beyond that, you can find me at the thrift store any spare moment I have, looking for treasures to repurpose, behind a sewing machine, or with crochet hook in hand making this or that. I like to call myself a serial crafter with how I absolutely need to be creating at all times. Art practically spews out of my ears 100% of the time.
